14:00 – 20:00 Wine, Chocolate & Other Sins Festival
There is free wine tasting at Eataly.You can also taste limoncello and Amaro del Capo. There will also be a chocolate tour and a live chocolate production of “Baci” of Perugina brand. Eataly is at Blumenstr. 4.
15:00 – 19:00 Travelling Exhibition „друг“
Travelling exhibition of a photographer and a video maker about their observations of the journey they made with the alternative rock band Blackout Problems to Kazakhstan.. 19:00 – 20:30 Open Reading: In the Middle
Free open reading for people who write creatively in English. This month’s writing prompt was “in the middle.” (Other writing also welcome.) 5 minute limit per writer. 19:00 – 23:00 Love Boat Piano Sessions with Tony
35 years on a cruise ship entertaining the world with his awesome piano skills, and now he laid anchor in Munich to entertain us! The event takes place in Lost Weekend, Schellingstr. 3. For more information and updates, check the FB event.
Starkbierfest season has started. You can party on Friday and Saturday at Loewenbraukeller (Nymphenburgerstr. 2) or Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Augustiner Keller (Arnulfstr. 52). Tonight is the night to check it out.
Saturday & Sunday 10:00 – 18:00 F.re.e Fair for Leisure and Travel
If you are interested in travel, outdoor sports, water sports, bikes or caravans, take a look at this fair. A highlight of this fair is the European Outdoor Film Tour and Bavarian Outdoor Film Festival which both start at 18:30 on Saturday. With your fair entrance you can go to one of these film festivals for free but you have to get a wristband at 17:00 because the capacity is limited. The tickets to the fair cost 11,50 Euro but you can get them for 8 euro if you buy online. If you will visit the fair after 15:00, you can benefit from the late afternoon tickets costing 6,50 Euro. Saturday & Sunday 10:00 – 18:00 : Creative Fair (Creativmesse) @MOC
If you are interested at Do-It-Yourself activities and handicraft work, this one is for you. There will be many exhibitors organising workshops and selling tools and materials for your activities. The entrance to the fair costs 9 Euro but if you arrive just two hours before the closing you can buy the late afternoon ticket for 5 Euro. 10:00 – 17:00 50th Birthday of Olympia Tower
Olympia tower was opened on 22.02.1968 and this year celebrates the 50th year. To celebrate its birthday there will be a big party organised around the tower by Radio Gong and the rides to the top of the tower is discounted to 1 Euro. Also The Rock museum at the Tower offers guided tours at 11, 14 and 16 and there is a live concert of Claudia Cane & Band at 15:00.
Sunday 13:00 – 18:00 Vinyl Records Flea Market
Buy or sell Vinyl Records, without stall fees and entrance fees. The event takes place at Substanz, Ruppertstr. 28.
